Why do company boards endorse these packages? Goes on to say that most CEO’s are on boards to other companies and these packages go to consulting firms. Then these boards hire the consulting firm to determine what the average packages are for CEO’s. I wish I could just get together with coworkers and tell people what I should get paid.
